This weeks set features turntable genius from Galway native Jimmy the Hideous Penguin.

Jimmy the Hideous Penguin
Jimmy the Hideous Henguin or Jimmy Penguin is a Galway-based turntable musician who believes in the free distribution of digital media. Most of his music can be downloaded for free on myspace or jamendo.
He is involved in 'Community Scratch', a collective of dj's who aim to promote turntable music and the people involved.

This Monday we have a mix from Thalamus featuring a beautifully chosen mixture of experimental electronics. It's this type of DJ set that Second Square To None was started up for, showcasing a multifarious selection of influences unconstrained by the necessities of catering for a dancefloor.

(Not that we don't like heaving dancefloor bangers aswell)
